onshore winds will remain elevated early tonight, necessitating a small craft advisory. Winds are beginning to slowly diminish, but are not expected to fall below the advisory threshold until after midnight. Moderate to occasionally strong onshore winds will prevail through the weekend and into next week, approaching the threshold for small craft to exercise caution at times. Shower and storm chances prevail overnight into tomorrow. A more organized line of Thunderstorms is expected to approach the coast on Sunday, potentially bringing some gusty winds.
